Dosage

Initial dosage and maintenance dosages of Sam's Astaxanthin are tailored to your personal illness and where you are medically in your journey. In other words, stage 4 cancers would obviously start at a much more aggressive amount of astaxanthin than a stage 1 cancer.

To discover your recommended dosage, there is a "contact" tab on Sam's website. Clicking on "contact" will bring up a form. Use this form to explain the illness you are battling and what stage that illness has progressed to.

Someone from Sam's medical staff will get back to you with a very thorough response. This may take several days because they receive many requests every day.

Personally, I purchase one bottle a month, which is my maintenance dosage. There are 90 pills in a bottle, each 35 milligrams. I take 3 pills in the morning with my breakfast every day, giving me a dose of 105 milligrams each day. (Don't take this product late in the day as it could affect your sleep and always make sure your meal has fat in it for better absorption.)

I will take this supplement for the rest of my life and never have to worry about cancer or any other diseases for that matter.

Also, his product is actually very cost effective if you take other supplements. If you do, you can eliminate the following.

Resveratrol, turmeric, curcumin, vitamin C, vitamin E, Omega 3, CoQ10, Fish oil, Glutathione.

(Astaxanthin is 6000 times more powerful than vitamin C.)

I used to take all of them. I no longer buy any of them.
